The Midlands team will serve Kershaw, Fairfield, Richland, Lexington, Newberry, Saluda, McCormick, Edgefield, Aiken, Barnwell and Allendale counties. The team will consist of 32 members, each of whom will be trained in an incident command specialty. Currently serving on the team from West Columbia are Seth Zeigler (Liaison Officer), Scott Morrison (Incident Commander), Brandon Field (Operations Section Chief), John Norman (Operations Section Chief), James Sullivan (Logistics/Plans Sections Chief), Robert McIntyre (Liaison Officer/Logistics Section Chief), and Jackie Brothers (PIO/Finance Section Chief).
